The Srimad Bhagavatam 10th canto recounts the following incident in the life of Lord Krsna's earthly past times. Once Krsna's friends told Mother Yashoda that Krsna had eaten some dirt which Krsna denied. To be sure Mother Yashoda asked her baby Krsna to open his mouth so that she could check. When she looked into His mouth she became bewildered because inside His mouth she saw the whole cosmic creation with the Sun and Moon and all the planets and galaxies. Then she saw the earth planet and the region of Bharatvarsha where she was living and then she saw herself looking in Krsna's mouth. This all greatly amazed her and she began to think that Krsna was some supernatural being and began to lose her mood of being His mother. Krsna didn't like that His mother should lose that mood so Yoga-maya changed Yashoda's mood and she snapped out of her awe and told Krsna "make sure You don't eat dirt again."
